The buzz on hemp seeds....

Hemp seeds are totally buzz- worthy. I sprinkle them in my yogurt, salad, vegetables, hummus, almond butter, ice cream- seriously everything. They contain all of the essential amino acids, making them a complete source of protein. Hemp seeds are also rich in omega 3 fatty acids that reduce inflammation, essential minerals for bone health & fiber for stable BGs. The only thing they're not loaded with is THC (so you can definitely eat like a whole bag before a random drug test, in case you're wondering...)
