Sorry for the paper plate, Mother 🌎. I know it's your day, but this girl fell behind on the dishes because, well, #priorities 🙈. Atleast the rest of it is totally organic & sustainable?

💁🏻 Pro-tip: I love a good power plate for lunch that incorporates protein + grains + greens  obviously. When I'm looking to go easy on the carbs, I turn to the ever so versatile cauliflower. To put it nicely, I always found this colorless vegetable to be a complete dud with zero personality. However, when used as a substitute for pasta or grain salads like couscous or tabouleh, the blandness is just what you need to let other flavors shine.

🌼 I guess thats the perk of being a cauliflower.
