Hey Beyoncé 🙋🏻  Lemons are not only high in vitamin C & soluble fiber, but studies have shown they actually decrease the glycemic index of other foods. It's no surprise the American Diabetes Association includes them on their list of "superfoods."

🍋 🍋  Pro-tip: When life hands you lemons, do NOT make lemonade (🙅🏻 it's too high in sugar!) try hot lemon water. This energizing, immune-boosting drink is part of my morning routine to get those juices flowing. Lucky for me, there's a citrus tree in the backyard. Now pucker up and reap those rewards!
