Get OATTA town 🙊 Oatmeal is my go-to breakfast to keep sugars steady. My favorite is @purely_elizabeth which packs 7g protein and 5g fiber per serving (thanks ancient grains!) As a quick rule- the longer it takes to cook, the better it is for your health. If you prefer not to slave over that stove, try overnight oats.
