Red wine 🍷... Red meat 🍔... Friend or foe? If drinking alcohol, dry white, red or rosé are lighter options than 🍺or sugar-laden mixed beverages. One 5 oz serving of wine contains about 4 g of carbs. That's no excuse to rosé all day- stick to one glass! Red meat is another story, as its consumption is linked to increased risk for ❤ disease & cancer.

💁🏻 Pro-tip: Practice #flexitarianism. Minimize red meat & replace with fresh fish or poultry. For my die-hard carnivores, opt for lean cuts & avoid anything processed. #meatlessmonday anyone?
