Cashew butter is like the Pippa Middleton of the nut butter world. Underrated? Debatable. 👸🏻Despite being less famous than her royal sister, she just can't help stealing the show every once in awhile. Although almond butter takes the throne with a slew of health benefits (& I'm still a major fangirl), it can also get predictable, not to mention a tad dry - especially if you're a purist & blend your own.

💁🏻 Pro-tip: Cashews pack in more carbs than other nuts (~9 g per serving) so I grab them as fuel before any cardio-kicking gym sesh to prevent a sugar 📉. Try cashew butter + @siggisdairy yogurt + berries. It's the ideal combo of (good) fat + protein + carbs to sustain you for an hour plus workout. Just don't forget to check your BG before, during & after your sweat!✌🏼Cashew ousside✌🏼
