It's great to get outside & moving! Remember- if you're on insulin, you're at higher risk for hypoglycemia (especially in the heat🔥 ) The best way to avoid fluctuations is to check your sugars before, during & after any new exercise routine to learn how different activities impact your blood glucose.

💪🏼 Pro-tip: Snack first. My favorite pre-workout snack is an apple with 1 TB of freshly ground almond butter (avoid ones with added oils/sugars).
