Let's be honest, pre-diabetes or post-diabetes, this pic is the closest I'll ever get to running an actual marathon (but hey, a girl can dream right?)
#Marathonmonday is a great reminder to set goals for yourself, big or small.
💁🏻 🏃🏻 Pro-tip: Remember crossing that finish-line is achieved by lots of baby steps (& #carbloading) along the way. If #Diabetes has taught me anything, it's that this is a test of personal endurance rather than a one & done sprint. So take time to celebrate the mini victories, whether it be at mile 1 or 26.2.
