Vitamin D is a superstar when it comes to your health, & some studies suggest it may improve metabolic control in #diabetes. Aim for 5-30 min of sun exposure between 10am-3pm.

The Food & Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine recommends 600 IU/day of vitamin D for ages 9-70. Just don't forget that SPF!
